PLEASE HELP! my rat alfie has a bleed above his eye what do i do !

I woke up this morning to find that alfie was acting completely normal but it almost appeared he had lost an eye he didn’t lose and eye he was bleeding severely from near or on his eye I am worried that he will have very bad eye damage how do I help him ?!

Aw, poor boy!

Have you made a vet appointment for him yet? That's the best thing-- that way, the vet can take a look to see if there's any damage to the eye itself.

Hope it's nothing serious and he'll be attended to very soon.

We don’t have a vet near by and the closest 9ne is 3 hours away he doesn’t seem to be in pain he’s acting normal like himself and the eye look better he cleaned it and now I can see what was bleeding his bottom eye lid is slightly torn

Possibly he wouldn't need a vet after all.

Yes there’s a really aggressive young rat called dewie in our cage and he try’s to take every one on so I think that they were fighting and dewie possibly kicked alfie and hit too high and hit his eye
