Not using paw...

Hi everyone, I currently have my first pet rats and they are about a year old now. The last few days Ive noticed that one of them, Stevie stopped using his front paw and keeps it curled up. Its not swollen or cut or anything and I assume It’s just a sprain but I just wanted to check with everyone here.

I also noticed a few weeks ago that one of Stevies toes is pretty swollen. There’s no cuts and at first I thought it was a sprain but It hasn’t improved. Ive been keeping an eye on it and It hasn’t been growing and it doesn’t seem like a tumour so I’m not really sure what it is.

If anyone knows what either of these injuries are please let me know. Thanks!

Are Stevie's toes still swollen?

It could be injuries or something else.
Are there any other symptoms? Is it only one paw? Can he hold food in both paws?

Here’s a video of him hobbleing. It was hard to get a good picture especially of his paw because it was clearly hurting him and he would squeak if I touched it. It’s only the one paw and he manages to eat using only his good paw. The swollen toe is the middle one.
