Not eating food

I have 2 rats Tinny And Bunny They like my sister but my sister left our home for job purpose and now they are not eating food and not also playing much sometimes they play But Tinny is not playing at all.

Please Tell me What I can Do

They are 11 months old. My sister left 1 week ago. Some times they eat sweet things like biscuit and they are not eating any other things.
