Need help sexing my new rat

I got two rats today and they were said to both be males.They are together in a cage right now but I can’t tell if he actually is a male or not. At first look I thought she was a female but one of my family members said he may be a male but he’s not sure either.

I don't see a vaginal opening so I'd say they're probably a male !

That’s what I thought too but I just noticed she had nipples, you can see them in the first picture so I do think she is in fact a female

Ohhh I completely missed that, you're right, males don't have nipples... This little rattie is quite the mystery huh- part of me wonders if they're a hermaphrodite(both genders) because aside from the nipples they do look male.. I suppose time will tell ?
