Last night we have to say goodbye to my Eva girl. She had tumors in her lower abdominal area, near her female parts, and a mammary tumor that I first noticed at the beginning of December. It grew crazy big in just a few months. The last few days I had really been watching her, because she had slowed way down (she was almost 2 years old) and I was watching for pain, so we would know it's time to take her to the vet and be PTS. She had other ideas. She died peacefully in her cage next to all her cagemates. We put her in the tote in the freezer (yes, weird I know) with her best friend créme. They will wait for mommy Mac (she's almost 3 years old), then be laid to rest all together. Eva stole my heart when I went for pet food, and some guy said her previous owner dropped her off there, since they were moving and couldn't take her with them. She curled right up under my chin, and showed me the unconditional love that she showed all of us up to the moment she passed. You will be forever loved and missed my sweet Eva girl!

Omg she was SUCH a sweet girl! She never met someone she didn't like, and would greet anyone who came to the cage. She learned tricks, and was always happy to show them off....
