Snow had her babies on Friday. She's a great mommy, and they are doing well.

Last night (Monday) I saw one baby outside the nest. I picked her up and put her back in, thinking Snow forgot her.

Today, again, I found her outside the nest again, while the rest of the babies were nursing. I moved her closer, and Snow pulled her back to nurse.

Any explanation for this behavior? Is she isolating the baby? Or just being forgetful?

She has 8. Now she separated out 3 of them in the little house I put in the cage and the rest are outside in the paper towel nest.
Should I take the little house out so they are all visible?

i would remove the house, and just give her a ton of paper towels to nest with and see if she continues to separate them out. Do the babies all have milk bellies or look like they are growing?

I took out the house and gave her a bunch of paper towels.
No milk bellies but they all seem to be growing. I think you are right she might have split them up, I see her nursing a few while others are in a different area, or whoever is intrepid enough to crawl after her.
