Infection of female??? My neighbors female , is looking like this not sure what it is , she is in cage with other females.Any advice appreciated

that could be a prolapse or a polyp in the vaginal wall, she will need an experienced vet ASAP. Keep her clean as best as you can, put her on fleece or fabric rather than bedding that might stick on her.

Unfortunately she didn't make it, but she passed quite peacefully in the moms arms. Thanks for your help.
