My little dumbo has gotten mites twice now, about 6 months apart. She is about a year and a half old. Responds well to ivermectin treatment. But I don’t know how she could be getting the mites. I use fresh bedding and don’t have any other pets. I’m wondering if I can/should treat her prophylactically every so often. Thoughts?
