Having trouble switching food

My rat friends are currently eating mazuri, (that’s what they were eating before I adopted them) I am trying to switch them to oxbow garden select because I think it will be healthier for them but they are not having it! Any tips for getting them to switch foods? Right now I am giving them half and half but they are only eating the mazuri )-,:

The garden select does look really good, but I have read that some rats do not like it.
Regular adult rat oxbow is healthier then mazuri so you might want to try them on that
