Is Dried Fruit & Freeze Dried Vegetables ok to feed daily?

imo fresh or frozen/thawed would be better and healthier
dried tends to have more concentrated sugars

I'm going to answer anyway in case someone does a search. Dried fruit is usually loaded with sugar so I would not give any unless no sugar added and still only a small amount.
