Does my rat have cancer?

My rat Jolyne is turning 2 years old this year and she's been very sick. She's currently on medication for mycoplasma (it's chronic and she had a flare up). Recently I've noticed that she's shown disinterest with food, lack of energy, very mellow when picking up (she usually tries to climb all over me), and weird white discharge from her vag. Should I march on to the vet ASAP? I've been so worried to the point where it's making ME sick.

Edit: She's breathing fine btw!! The medication is working so it's definitely not the respiratory problems that are causing this.

Taking her to the vet tomorrow hopefully. They should call me about the appointment in the morning. Very nervous.
