Could someone please post there homemade mix for there little critters . I want to make my own not store bought however concerned they won't get everything they need nutrition wise . Thank you

Mixes are not healthy for rats and are not recommended.

People feed a good quality, low protien block (oxbow or Harlan Teklad 2014) because it will meet all the nutritional requirements of rats,
and then supplement the rats diet with a variety of daily veg, and occasional healthy treats such as berries, a piece of fruit, organic pumpkin seeds, cooked whole grains, etc

To my knowledge no one has put together a home made diet that meets all of their nutritional needs
There is one homemade diet that some people say rats do well on, although there are problems with it.
For info on it see: http://www.ratfanclub.org/diet.html

If you are going to create a whole food diet that meets their nutritional needs,
this info is important:

If you do make a mix, make sure to keep your protein low and your fat low too. Rats need carbs so whole grains are good, lots of coloured veggies too. Some fruit, not too much, I'd concentrate on berries, for those wonderful antioxidants.
Give them a variety as well, not always the same. Bulgur, oats, farro and a variety of veggies, change it up often. peppers, broccoli, kale, carrots, sweet potato. raw/lightly steamed except the potatoes and squash, they should be cooked, boiled is best.
