Hi everyone,
One of my girls Parsley has had a cloudy spot on one of her eyes for several months now which developed after she had a tumour removal and subsequent ear infection (suspected) which is now cleared up. The cloudy section was examined by the vet and it doesn’t seem to be giving her any troubles at all so i’ve Left it until now.
Today, it appears that there may be some internal bleeding in the eye, it appears red but I can see the cloudy section underneath. The eye is also bulging. She doesn’t seem to be in any pain, and is behaving completely normally.
How urgent is it that she sees a vet? I can get her to a non-rat specialist tomorrow but can’t take her in today because I don’t have the car - is this an emergency though?
