Well, here in NB most students are bused as neighborhood schools were closed and new, larger schools serve large areas.
Plus most of NB is rural .... so students are bused long distances to school
So when the roads are poor .....

Hard to believe that these changes actually save any money

Same here...smaller schools all closed and all the rural kids must attend the bigger schools in Sudbury. Some kids are over an hour and a half on the bus. Crazy!
