4 is not a crowd

I started out with two and am now up to four and still check rescues daily .

I recently upgraded to a Feisty Ferret cage to accommodate everyone... and still have the ability to add levels.

Meet the mischief

Two females:
Hairless and Careless Harriet,
SnickerDoodle (Doodle or dudes for short)

Two Males:
Potassium (AKA Agent K)
Carbon (AKA Agent C)

For now, I think I’ll stay at 4 although I could handle more... the cage being split for boys and girls will limit play space. Once I am down to a single sex, that would be a good time to consider adding a few more. Maybe max out at 6. My friend has 2 Ferret Nations and gas added on several times with a dedicated room in her home for them... she’s up to 13 i believe

Oh wow, I can't imagine 13, but 5 is kind of my limit, Its like wrangling kittens during playtime and freeroam.

Lookit all of those cute ratties! I'm at five right now, all male. I'd love to add more, but my grandma says no more for now.
