When you say rat block, what is that? I don't get the "block" part. I feed mine Oxbow something. He wouldn't eat the Oxbow Garden type so I gave it to the shelter. They were feeding the rats rabbit food. hay and stuff! Thank you for your help.. always!

The shelter is not very knowledgeable about rats. The gal who said she had had rats before - not sure I believe her. I asked about behavior. They've already been in 2 other shelters.
