Hello! I have a male hairless who's almost 2 years old.
Tonight while flushing his eyes we noticed this little bump under the inner corner of his bottom left eyelid. It's not obstructing his eye at all, and is very small and squishy to the touch. It doesn't seem to be causing him any pain. He has a history of minor eye infections, but we haven't seen anything like this before.

Has anyone seen something like this before? Could it be the start of a tumor? Should I be worried? If anyone has any insight or tips for how I should proceed, I'd really appreciate it! Thank you!

That might just be a sty. But hairless rats are notorious for getting debris stuck inside the lids. I would keep an eye on it, no pun intended. If you see any secretions or grows any bigger, I'd bring him to a vet.

Thank you!! He does commonly get debris under his eyelids, and we try to clean them out regularly. We'll definitely keep an eye on it, thank you!!
