EMERGENCY! HELPFUL ADVICE NEEDED

I have a hairless mature female hairless rat. We brought her to the vet yesterday, after noticing her eye was swollen and a bit cloudy the day before that. We administered antibiotic drops just fine at first but just now, when my girlfriend and I tried to get a drop in her eye, the rat started struggling and the force of the squirming and attempt at closing her eye, I believe her cornea has ruptured. Vet is closed until monday. What can we do besides try and stop the bleeding? Please help

Does it look like something is sticking out from the eyeball or is the eye bulging out of the skull? Do you have Metacam or infant liquid ibuprofen on hand?
