Does anyone give their rats vitamins? Is this ok to give them?

Daily Essentials3

Active ingredients:
Vitamins A, D3, E, K, B12, C. Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Riboflavin, Thiamine, Pyridoxine, Folic acid, Choline Bitatrate and Biotin.

Active ingredients continued:
Minerals include magnesium, Zinc, sulphur, iron, cobalt, copper, manganese, selenium and iodine. Also contains limiting amino acids.
 
If you are feeding a good quality block - oxbow, Harlan 2014, science select,
then they are getting what they need ….. but people do give some extra supplements - please see the Reference Thread

There is also information on the daily requirements of rats if you are not feeding a good block - in which case you will need to calculate exact amounts - chronometer (link is also in that section) is a good tool to track nutrition, vits etc
