Rat's eye became swollen overnight?

Hi, I noticed my rat's eye is a little swollen right underneath the eye. Does anyone know how to treat this?

Edit: I should mention she's around 8 weeks old and is eating and drinking like normal. She doesn't seem lethargic or anything either.

you may want to post some pictures
and if you post a video, post it to youtube and then put the link on here
Glad that she seems to be feeling ok
 
You could flush her eye with lubricating eye drops just in case, but I would keep an eye on it for more swelling, smell of infection, change in appearance.
 
Here's an update: I checked her this morning and the bump went away after a warm compress last night. I'm thinking it was an abscess because it looked pus filled. Though, I will still call the vet tomorrow to see if I should bring her in.
