Moving to Virginia!

I'm moving to good ol' Virginia State to attend college and am totally lost when it comes to finding vets for my ratties! I will be living around Richmond-Fairfax (I am able to easily commute between the two cities, I realize they are not close). If anyone living in this area has any recommendations for a good rat vet they trust, please let me know!

Some of the VCA animals hospitals will see rats! There is also an exotic vet called "Lakeside Animal Hospital" in Richmond! http://www.vetatlakeside.com/ I used to live in Richmond myself. You will love it!

Lakeside accepts rats?! Oh my god, so my grandparents live in Richmond and back when they had a cat (Mr Fatty, may he rest in peace) that was the clinic they used! I'm glad they accept rats, I trust that vet greatly but didn't think they were open to rodents! Thank you so much for sharing this!

I know they do Bearded dragons, Rabbits, guinea pigs, birds etc. So I'm sure they do rats too! I had guinea pigs before I got into rats and it was always hard to find a vet for them so been there done that wanted to help lol!
