Swollen cheek on right side?

Hi everybody. My baby seems to have a swollen cheek on just the right side. Her right eye also has been having poryphrin secretions since last week. I have a vet appointment for wednesday scheduled and she is behaving like herself for the majority outside of some tiredness. No blood is coming from the nose, since I know this can indicate cancer. What could this be? An absess? How much does dental surgery on a rat range?

I could be a tooth abscess or perhaps an infection of the salivary gland. If your rat is older, it might even be a zymbal gland tumour.
