Awwww they are sooo adorable . Mine were born on december 30th . Its been a week and they are already becoming little lovable ratties .

Ive had mine for almost a month. Floki fits his name as he is curious and active... Nico just lays there and just takes it .:D but both are very lovable on their own terms.

Very sad to say that I got biter ! Was jusy cleaning and he charged on me to bite. My first agtessive one so this will be like a day zero.as if I never had any rats at all . Hmm how will I get through the chiwawa fear of my little bobby :(

Lookit all of these adorable rats! :p They are absolutely adorable! The first picture looks like my Grumpy.

As for biting, I've had a rat charge my gloved hand before. It may be a territorial issue, or a fear issue. Do you happen to know how a breeder or rescue volunteer treated them?

They looked ok there was 3 large beautiful cages . They also had a dog and a cat . A young couple, the mom was gorgeous . Well .. I wont give up , I will still give him treats ,and love him . I started him on antibiotics as i think he has an inner ear infwction and that may be the issue . Maybe it is because it annous him who knows .

Updates on my babies getting big. I am patient with Bobby biter . He finally got out of the cage to come and give me a fake pretend bite to return to his cage . Its a good sign but I am still worried that someone may have dropped him before I got him . Marlow is amazing , he plays wuth cat toys and loves it when I play with him . Patience is a virtue.

Aww! How cute! Glad to hear the biting is getting a little better.

My boys are getting big as well! The smaller brother eats so much! But they are calming down a bit.

Awww they're beautiful! I have 3 boys that I rescued last year. They are all very sweet and full of mischief, however Vishnu was a biter and more skittish that Hamish and Professor Franklin VonWrinkleston (hairless boy). Vishnu tagged me on my wrist, lacerated my tendon. I was pretty scared to go near him after that. I learned that he was hormonal at that time,so putting my hand in the cage or touching his back end were big nonos!! I took the time with him to learn what his boundaries were. It took a while but now we are very close and he loves his cuddles. He always let's me know when enough is enough. Body language is key!
