I think one of my rats ate a hair tie (or just had a good chew on one) they are eating, drinking, pooping and everything seems okay, but I’m really worried. The hair tie has a rubber band type thing to make it stretchy so that’s what the second photo is. I’m really scared!
Help!!

Chances are it'll be ok, when they chew things other than food they don't usually swallow it, it comes out the side of their mouths, but good you recognize it Could cause a problem, no doubt you're keeping your eyes on him/her to be sure they're eating & pooping normally and not showing signs of pain. (I hope it's ok cause I had to giggle at you putting your post in Diet:D)

Oh my goodness! My boys did this too a few months ago. They were obsessed with the hairtie around my wrist and I had taken it off to play with them (supervised).
Somehow they snuck it into their cage when I wasn't looking and I didn't find it until I cleaned out their cage later that week.
Half of it was gone and nowhere to be found... Pretty sure they ate it.
But like I said, that was months ago and they are completely fine! Hope your babies will be okay ♥️

My rats chewed up my mouse pad, and I'm fairly certain both have similar ingredients, and my boys are just fine! Just be on the look out for anything abnormal, but they should be fine.
An old trio of mine ate my curtains and they lived to two.
