Hello! My rat Spoon has been kinda lethargic lately but other than that nothing else? I have another rat that is her sister so she isnt alone, she is probably around a month or 2 old, she has toys to play with, she eats and drinks normally, and her breathing seems normal. She just likes to kinda chill and do nothing and im worried because when i first got her she was a little bit more hyper and her sister was more mellow but now they have swapped? she has been moved to a new environment but this kinda started before I moved them. she seems to be more active at night sometimes or when i let her out but other times she just doesnt do too much. she doesnt have any sort of mucus coming from her eyes or anything everything else is pretty normal
i just got her and i dont know what i should do i dont want to lose her

Hold your ear up to her side of you haven’t already. There’s no rattling or clicking? You could compare her to her sister to help you know what healthy breathing might sound like.

How long have you had her? Rats are nocturnal so she could just be adjusting to try to figure out when the proper time to sleep is.

I haven't had them for too long like a couple of weeks now
What does the clicking normally sound like? Is it like rapid or a once and awhile thing? I tend to listen to them a lot and I don't normally hear anything out of the ordinary but I will try again

any clicking is likely illness and would require an immediate vet visit to a good vet with the knowledge and experience to treat rats, and likely antibiotics.
rats get ill and die fast

Can you post pics of the rats and their cage as well as a video of her
To post a video, post it to youtube and then copy the link onto here
