I thought i would update on the hammocks(or one of) that my Secret Santa sent me. I was napping earlier and rolled over to see Romulus laying in one... and thought he was dead from his position!

This is AMAZING! HAHAHA!!!

Did I mention he's laying on a hole cut out in the top of the fabric? LOL. There's a hole in each side of the hammock, except the bottom... He's laying right across the one on top, WHILE hanging half off the hammock.

HAHA! Oh....silly boys. They do the most ridiculous things!

but I gotta say, I'm sooo excited for January to come so I can use my new calendar theratlady gave me :heart:

Since I'm horrible with updates and pictures (because I work 2 jobs, am in school, and spend the rest of my waking minutes with the furbabies). Here's a sampler of what mamarat sent. There were other things sent too, but they were put in the rat cages already.

I have wanted this octopus thing forever!!! I mean...they have wanted this forever. And the hammock is very cute! And it's great because the one cage has just chewed the arms off of their hammock and I was about to head out to buy one.

The mailman arrived with my Secret Santa gift a few minutes ago and every single item in this box of treasures was fabulous :dance: I never imagined I would be this excited about a Secret Santa gift, but these goodies just made me so happy. Sorry, I don't have a camera but I'll try to grab one of my children and their iphones when they get home. Anyway, I can tell you what I received:

1. a great small animal bed (with orange stripes to match the orange liners in the girls CN) I don't have one but always thought they were a great idea!
2. the sweetest little cereamic veggie dish
3. this fabulous large two layer treat/toy/anything holder - each layer made of a cocoanut shell. My rats will go crazy over this - oh my,. decisions on who gets this :lol:
4. VitaKraft drops with strawberry. I give each of my ratties a yogurt drop each night before bedtime -I'm sure they'll love the strawberry.
5. A very cool play and treat ball - that doesn't look like it can be destroyed in a matter of seconds.
6. A set of 3 Java Wood balls/playtoys/chewtoys
7. And, for me, a "Warm apple cider" lip balm/gloss -yummy and functional!! and some caramel/apple lolipops

It's obvious that my Secret Santa put a lot of thought and effort into this gift and I really want her (or maybe him?) to know that it is so much appreciated. Hope you have the loveliest of holidays with your family, friends and, of course, the ratties. :hugs:
