Hi. I had some questions. My rat has been lethargic and not really wanting to eat and hardly drink. She’s also has rubbed the hair off her face. And before this had an eye injury and I took her to the vet and they gave her eye drops and pain medication and I took her back to just make sure the eye was healing and they said to just keep an eye on her and that’s when she started barely being active and not eating much or drinking and also. I also took a picture of her poop last night and I’m going to show the vet tomorrow. I’m not sure what’s going on and I’m really worried. Please help if you can. Thank you!! I’ll post the pic of her poop because it doesn’t look right to me.

Does she have cagemates? That almost looks like barbering by another rat where they chew the fur off part of the body. Some rats barber themselves, others do their cagemates.
She looks very lethargic. When you hold her sides to your ears do you hear anything more than her breathing? Can you gently feel her abdomen for lumps? If both of these check out, there's a possibility she has a pituitary tumour or PT

Offer her a small light treat and see if she responds like this...

Yes she has two cage mates. Where she had that eye injury is when all this started happening. I haven’t felt any bumps on her or anything. She also has been eating just baby food. Her vet appointment is tomorrow but I’m just really worried about her. This has been going on for about two weeks and I’ve taken her to the vet like 4 times because of the eye injury. I’ve offered her a few different nuts and potatoes and baby food and she’ll respond to them but just not her food now.

She also kinda tilts a little bit and I didn’t know if that was because she blind in one eye now or what is causing that.
