What bedding do you recommend for really sensitive rats ? That isn’t too expensive because I’dhave a lot of habitat to fill up ?

My double critter nation needs bedding tha5 is really dust free because my rats are super sensitive and I need something that’s pretty ok price because my parents won’t give my rats bedding unless it’s not too expensive and it gets rid of the smell because my paralysis don’t like the smell currently I’m using fleece and it doesn’t Do anything for the smell Thankyou !

Paper based bedding is usually good. I use Carefresh but there are other similar brands. One popular Youtuber who has a whole channel on all things rat uses Yesterday's News pelleted cat litter.
