Tumor trouble

My rats Louie and alfie both 3 years old have tumors a little bit smaller then the size of golf balls Louie keeps scratching his tumor and now the skin is rubbed raw and bleeding. I have been trying to put bandeges with ointment on it but every time I do he pulls the bandage right off I don’t know what to do. They aren’t bandaids they are bandages.

Alfie is relatable good he doesn’t have any cuts on his tumor and it’s in a different place then Louie’s. Less near the arm

They look like tumors. Get it looked at by a vet asap.
