Boy or Girl?

Hi!
I have 2 seven week old rats, and the lady we got them from said they were both girls. I am not an expert on rats, but it seems like they might be boys? They both look like they could have testicles (the base around their tails are thick, and i can't see their nipples, as they are very light. How do i know for sure?

Oh those are boys 100% without a doubt in my mind, but at least they're both boys and not one girl one boy!

Definitely both boys. Their balls will drop, then you'll have no doubts.
