2016 World Rat Day Secret Rat Friend Gift Exchange Sign-ups going on NOW

Just want to say that we had a very nice turnout of Canadians last Dec- and we have a few already signed up! In case anyone is hesitating, just wanted to throw that out there.

If you would like to participate in this year's World Rat Day Gift Exchange, please email ttrgiftexchange(at)outlook(dot)com by March 6, 2016. Include your name, address, number and sexes of rats, and anything else you would like your gifter to know about you and your rats (Are your ratties hankering for some new hammocks or having dreams of yogies? Let us know! ). Please also let us know if you prefer to only ship within your country or if you are willing to ship to any other countries and if you are willing to send a second gift if needed.
We'll match you up with a giftee during the week of March 6-12, then we expect you to send a rat-related gift (for human or rat!) of approximately a US$20 value by Sat, March 26 so that it can arrive in time for World Rat Day! Please let us know asap if there will be a delay or any other problems arise so we can make sure that everyone gets a gift. PLEASE PLEASE do your best to get these gifts out on time so that everyone gets to enjoy them by World Rat Day!
Don't forget to email us both when you mail your gift off and when you receive your gift so we can be sure everyone who participates gets one!
These are in no way requirements, but we do ask these two things of participants:
-As our mission is to help animal rescues, especially those that take in rats, we do ask that you check out our Current Promotions, Ongoing Fundraisers, and Thank You (scroll to the bottom to see businesses) pages to see if you can buy gifts from rescues or businesses that help rescues.

*Please note that we will do our best to match you up with someone from within your country. It has happened before that we have had a solo participant from one country. In that case, it seems to work well if that person's gifter orders from a company within that person's country to cut down on shipping costs.

All matches have been made! Still waiting to hear back from a few people that they got their giftee information. Please pm me or email ttrgiftexchange(at)outlook(dot)com (replace at and dot with respective symbols) to let me know that you did receive the info you need to send out a gift. We had a problem last time where my emails were not received, so I need confirmation to avoid any issues! (Don't forget to check your spam folders!)
