Flecks of red on bubbles' coat?

The same thing happened with Pepper. I'm not sure if it's something to do with rats with white coats or anything but what are the possible causes of this? They aren't mites, I know that for certain - but not much else.
 
You can see pory on white rats. It gets on their fur from grooming.
Also, lice are the ones that are visible and look like red/brown (sometimes white) flecks. You can't actually see mites. So if the flecks are moving, it's lice. If not, it's probably pory. Can you post a picture? :)
Buck grease is also a red/orange flake, but that's only on males and if I recall correctly you have females so it wouldn't be that. X3

Sorry if the lighting isn't good. If need be I can take Bubbles to the upstairs bathroom to take it.. but she doesn't like being held so it won't be easy to get a focused shot.
