Okay so if you guys have read my thread about Myles (his old name was Mello) http://www.ratshackforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=33067 you know his previous situation. Well, I noticed he was walking funny so I look at his back feet and see sores. I am assuming it's bumblefoot? Or the start of it? Sorry for the crappy quality, but he squirms and I'm home alone right now :p
He is currently on Baytril for a respiratory infection. I cannot take him to the vet (if I have to) until Friday, when I get paid. What should I do? I just want one month without a health problem or death  . Anywho, thanks in advance.

I believe someone used Blu-kote to treat it with great success. Did you specifically look at his feet when you got him? Ie, is this a new thing, or did he come like this?
I would make sure his cage has a flat bottom and I would cover it with fleece. No bars, and would avoid even litter and wood chips.
Blukote is used to treat chickens, horses, etc. It is a spray but I think they sprayed a little on a Q-tip and applied it that way.
Here is a link for Amazon so you can see what it is like:

He had to have had this when he came to me from his extremely dirty hamster cage. I will look into it. It doesn't look too bad yet, does it??
