Psyllium husk is known as a colon cleanse... do you have a rat with issues? I would be very careful using that stuff, it's a choking hazard.
There is absolutely no nutritional value that I could find for psyllium husk other than fibre and rats really do not need extra fibre.

If you are concerned about fibre, just keep feeding them daily vegs .... lots of great nutrition as well as fibre
