I live in St.Catharines, Ontario, Canada.

and I've been looking for a Masked dumbo rat for ages.

Any breeders/giving away/selling around in my area?

Or a masked rat... just in general!
 
This is a pro-rescue forum; you are unlikely to find any promotions of breeding here, especially in Ontario. There are so many rats who might not have a rare mutation, but do make fabulous pets.
 
If you don't mind waiting you might just find the perfect little rat. I also always wanted a masked boy. I don't buy only adopt. And after 5 years of waiting I finally got a gorgeous little masked boy from an oops litter on kijiji :)
