Need Med Dose - UTI?

Peanut has a smelly winky area so I suspect a UTI, after yesterday's vet bill I would like to avoid a trip to the vet if at all possible. This is what I have on hand.

Baytril 100mg/ml in 10 ml bottle
Doxy 50mg/ml in 15 ml bottle
Flagyl 100 mg/ml in 10 ml bottle
Metacam 1.5mg/ml in 5 ml bottle

If any of these would work can I please get a dose for my chunker he's 1104 grams. We're working on making him walk around and have cut back drastically on his fruits/veggie/treat access.

Well, according to http://ratguide.com/health/urinary_renal/urinary_tract_infections_lower.php and some user experiences here on the Shack, the Baytril should fix his stinky winky.

His dose would be .11 cc at 10mg/kg strength.

That doesn't seem to be a high enough dose since our rat that weighs half his size gets .13

Of 10% baytril? Are you diluting it to 5%?

Its pre mixed at the vet bottle says 100 mg/ml in a 10 ml bottle

Is the .13 cc once or twice a day? My calculation is for twice a day. If the .13 cc is once a day it makes sense. Peanuts dose would be .22 cc if given once a day.
