I don't know how long this newspaper poll will be up, but the Small Animal Rescue Society of BC would very much appreciate people voting Yes to banning the sale of small animals in Richmond pet stores. The sale of dogs, cats and rabbits has been banned already, which is causing pet stores to really push the sale of small animals, including rats. Voted!!! This is my dream for here as well... we are so advanced in Quebec, only ONE store has recently made the move to stop "selling" cats and dogs. So ashamed...
