One of the forum members told me to get dye-fee infant Advil, they had dye-free infant ibuprofen, it's basically the same thing right ?

Two of my boys have a swollen toe, assuming from running around and getting caught in the bars or something.

The one is 342 grams and the other is 335 grams. The package says 50 mg per 1.25ml. How much should I give each? And what is the best way to give them the liquid dose? Wheat bread?

Thanks all !

Actually that ibu is 40 mg/ml, so the dose is going to change.

15 mg/kg should work on a sore toe

Both would get .13 cc every 4-6 hours

To me that looks more like a bite between the bars :p

Thanks Shelagh. I mix my own so I'm not familiar with concentrations (though I actually meant 100mg/5mL-no idea where the 5 went to). I just wanted to get an answer out bc it had been 4 hrs :)

My Norbert just hurt his toe as well but he's closer to 610? And same 40mg/ml any thoughts? Sorry I know I'm asian but I'm really not good at math well anymore :p
