People in Ontario -Neutering

I'm new to Ontario. I saw a vet at Mitchel(sp) Animal Hospital for Sativa's URI. Anyway I am thinking about taking two boys in. They would need to be neutered. I'm wondering what is the average cost for this area? Or what have you paid if you have neutered in the past. I have a vehicle so I can drive a reasonable distance. Even to Toronto or of similar distance. Thanks guys.

At greenwood you are looking at roughly $360-$400 for a neuter.

Dr. Gerald at Mitchel is probably your best bet for the price he charges. Dr. Munn is probably the best rat surgeon in your area but he's more expensive.

Make sure wherever you go that cost isn't the only deciding factor. A botched neuter can end up costing more in the long run.

Dr. Gerald was the doctor that treated Sativa. He seemed competent and had rats himself. I emailed them to ask for a price quote.
