Sneezing for almost two weeks? Gurgling last night?

I've been worried my baby Apollo might have an upper respiratory infection since I first heard him sneeze.
I thought it was the bedding, changed that, still sneezing.
Thought maybe it was because I was using dryer sheets, but still sneezing.
Last night I heard that gurgling sound that's a major symptom of an URI. But it stopped this morning...
Should I still be concerned? I made a vet appointment Thursday and I'm going no matter what, but I wanna be sure this isn't an emergency.

How is Apollo acting? How is his appetite and energy level?

He eats fine. He's mellow to begin with, but he does seem a little less active. He spends more time laying down, but awake.

Oh and he has little crusties around his eyes. They're nothing like the ones I googled, but they're there and Hermes doesn't have them.

Personally, I would get him into a good rat vet asap
Rats become ill and die fast
If he needs antibiotics, you would want to start them asap
Antibiotics are given for at least 6 weeks and it takes a few days for them to start to work
(He likely needs baytril + azithromycin (10 mg/Ib twice a day))

Okay I'll call around a little more. I unfortunately can't pay the emergency fee plus medication, so hopefully someone will cancel or I'll find an opening.
He is worth it though, if my paycheck is good enough, I'll take him ASAP.

I agree, I'd get a good check up on him. See what the vet hears when he/she listens to the lungs.
