Phantom Pregnancy getting spooky

Alrighty so!

I made this post on another forum, but I may need some extra help.
My delilah is going through a Phantom Pregnancy.
Her stomach is HUGE. She's grooming, nesting, hoarding food, her (Nipples? teats? Lil' ratty bits?) are showing A LOT more.

She's actually acting pregnant!?

But if I have no males, nor have I ever seen a wild rat in our house, it really is a phantom pregnancy, yes? I'm not crazy, right?!

The last time she was even around a male was in october of last year when I had my boys.



But I suppose my REAL question is- is there anything I can do for her?

I was told that Tumors may be responsible for this, but she acts healthy otherwise?

Yep, a tumour for sure can do exactly this and I'd get her vet checked asap.
