The only reason I suggested Tylenol over ibuprofen is that ibuprofen can exacerbate renal failure.

Sadly my little girl didn't make it and passed away at home...

She went from hanging in there and fine to really not ok within a few hours late at night. But she did go quietly while lying next to me on the couch and didn't suffer or struggle much. Poor baby....
